Supervised self-pour beer wall

When the room is full, every glass still goes through one person.

You can put three people behind the counter: at 11 p.m. the queue still forms, at the moment the room drinks the most.

A wall of taps where several guests pour at once — and it is still you who opens, frames and cuts.

What it is, physically

1

The taps.

The number is decided on your rushes, your drinks, your layout.

2

The service plan.

Where the guest sets the glass and pours. Two or three people need to stand there without blocking each other.

3

The lines and restocking.

Behind or beside, reachable without crossing the room.

4

The venue's hand.

Open, limit, cut: from the bar, at any time.

Three ways to place it

On a free wall

The simplest case: lines run behind, the room circulates in front.

As an extension of the counter

The wall continues the bar. The team sees it without moving.

As an island

In the middle of the room, reachable from several sides. Needs more space and a real restocking path.

A wall has already been operated in Pau. Supervised service, several thousand pours recorded, one venue. What that does not prove: that yours will give the same result — sizing is done on your rushes.

You are here. When the room overflows on a single point.

What we are asked about the wall

How many taps do I need?

We will not give you a ready-made rule. Your instinct is the starting point in the configurator; we confirm or correct it together.

Does it run without staff?

No. Someone keeps watch and can cut. It is supervised, and that is intentional.

Is it possible in an existing venue?

That is the most frequent case. It depends on layout, power and network — we check on plan or on site.
