Several supervised self-pour points can open in parallel during the rush — under your team's eye, for as long as it lasts.
What changes during the wave
Several people can pour at once while the counter keeps running. That is a capacity, not a throughput promise: sizing is done with you, on your rushes.
What it does not replace
The team's eye. During the wave, that is exactly when someone needs to decide — not someone who pours.
We have seen rushes in Pau: a real bar, supervised service, several thousand pours recorded on a single venue — ordinary Saturdays. What that does not prove: that the unit will hold any influx.
Can it hold a sudden influx?
That is a question of tap count against your rushes. We settle it together; we do not promise it.
