On a campsite, the problem is not serving all day. It is being ready when the pool closes, when the terrace fills, when activity returns bring everyone back at the same moment — with a seasonal team.
You can open an extra service point, so each rush is not played only behind the counter.
What it changes in season
You can open a service point on wide hours, and decide how long it stays open. When the rush arrives, several guests can pour at once while your team keeps watch from the bar.
What it does not do
Run with nobody there. Service stays supervised during opening hours, and local regulation stays on your side.

A season, not a year
Some venues open the point only from June to September. That is prepared with those dates.
An eye from the bar
Your team sees the service point from the main counter. That is what makes the service acceptable.
No campsite pilot yet. What we have: a bar in Pau, in town, supervised service, several thousand pours. The Pau pilot is a city bar; we draw lessons from it, not a promise for your terrace.
Can it go outdoors?
Under cover, generally. In the open air, we look at the spot, power, network and protection before answering.
Only for high season?
Yes. We prepare that with your opening dates.
Who cuts service at night?
You. As at the counter.
