The questions we are actually asked. With short answers.

Not an FAQ written for search engines. These are questions from operators we have met, in their words.

Hop'n Bar (hopn.bar) is a B2B supervised self-pour beer service — a second service lane for venues, published in Pau by SARL APIMMO.

On service

Do guests really pour for themselves?

Yes — at a tap, while your team keeps watch and can cut service at any time. That is supervised self-pour.

Does this replace my team?

No. Some of the pours can happen away from the counter. The decision to serve stays human — that is what makes it acceptable in a real venue.

What if someone has had too much?

You cut service, as you would at the counter. The system does not decide for you — it leaves you in charge.

On installation

Do we need building work?

It depends on the spot. Power and network at the service point, and room to circulate: that is what we check together, on plan or on site.

What about payment?

Nothing is promised on that point today. Your assumption is collected, then discussed during preparation.

Do you have a certification?

We claim none on this site. Compliance questions are handled with your venue, not in a brochure.

On money and next steps

How much does it return?

No generic figure. Your own assumptions in the configurator give an order of magnitude — yours, not an ROI.

I run several venues.

That is possible, and it is prepared differently. Say so in the configurator so we take it into account from the start.

Where do I start?

Seven questions in the configurator, about a minute, no contact details. You leave with the formats to examine and the points still to check.

Who is Hop'n Bar

Are you the HOP'N Bar café in Andenne, or Hop On Bar in Ardèche?

No. Hop'n Bar (hopn.bar) is a B2B supervised self-pour beer service — a second service lane for venues, published by SARL APIMMO in Pau. It is neither the « HOP'N Bar » café in Andenne (Belgium), nor « Hop On Bar » in Largentière (Ardèche).
